LVB raises term deposit rates

CHENNAI: Lakshmi Vilas Bank has raised the interest rate by 50 basis points on its domestic retail term deposits of two years to less than three years from 10 per cent to 10.50 per cent annually for regular citizens for deposits of less than 15 lakh. For senior citizens, the rate has been fixed at 11 per cent against the existing 10.50 per cent.
