He is the best: Lieutenant General M.L.Naidu, Vice-Chief of Army Staff, presenting the sword of honour to Arvinder Singh, selected as the best all round cadet, during the passing-out parade at Officers Training Academy in St. Thomas Mount on Saturday. As many as 153 officers were inducted into the Army after completing their training here. Speaking on the occasion, Lt. Gen. Naidu said a synergy between high technology, modern means of communication and sophisticated instant banking system had made terrorist attacks virtually an act of war against democratic society.
