Gopinath, Hamsica emerge champions

Coimbatore: Gopinath and Hamsica did the host proud by clinching the men’s and women’s title in the 26th State level inter-collegiate badminton tournament for the PSG Trophy at the PSG CAS courts here on Thursday.

Earlier, Prabhakar of Loyola College (Chennai) topped the league table for the men’s title in the 37th State level table tennis tournament. Sivanadha made it extra special for the visitor by finishing runner-up.
