HYDERABAD: Anand Yadav (99 not out) and Minash Gabriel (six for 14) helped S.P. Degree College defeat Badruka (Day) College by 167 runs in the M.N. Abbassi Trophy inter-collegiate cricket tournament here on Monday.
The scores: S.P. Degree College 239 for eight (Anand Yadav 99 n.o.) bt Badruka (Day) College 72 (Minash Gabriel six for 14).
Wesley Degree College 146 (Md. Azmath Khan 67) lost to Aurora Degree College 148 for eight (Md. Shakeer 73 n.o., Anil Kaushik four for 15).
A-Division two-day matches: Budding Star 179 (Shiva 51, Venkatesh six for 50) lost to Vijay Hanuman CC 181 for three (Sangram Reddy 51, Mirza Maqbool Baig 76).
