Agarkar at NCA

Bangalore: Ajit Agarkar reported to the National Cricket Academy (NCA), here on Monday for a routine fitness assessment and training stint.

Agarkar joined Sachin Tendulkar, who has been training here since last week.

Meanwhile, injured seamer S. Sreesanth will return to the academy to pursue his rehabilitation programme.

Test skipper Anil Kumble and Rahul Dravid have also been training hard at the academy ahead of the crucial series against Australia that will commence here on October 9. — Principal Correspondent
