Titagarh Wagons sets up arm in Singapore

KOLKATA: Titagarh Wagons has completed the process of setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary company based in Singapore with a view to building international presence, a company posting on the bourses said. A joint venture has also been formed by the company with the sponsor group of Cimmco Birla Ltd. (CBL) to revive CBL and appropriate funding for this, pursuant to the draft rehabilitation scheme filed by CBL, has been readied. — Special Correspondent
