A still from Green Chic —Finding Dad

Bangalore: Koffee Break Pictures is set to release Green Chic – Finding Dad, an animation film that promotes vegetarianism, in November.

The makers of the successful My Friend Ganesha say that their latest film is a first-of-its kind animation film in Hinglish. Green Chic is also claimed to be the first Indian animation film based on an originally-created character.

Green Chic – Finding Dad revolves around a chick named Chiclet and his family living happily in the jungle. The plot takes a new turn when the mother is captured by humans. It is then that Chiclet takes on the responsibility of saving his parents.

In his journey from the jungle to the city, Chiclet, along with his friends Ginger (monkey) and Quacky (duck) come across various hardships during which he gets to make new friends as well as enemies. Green Chic – Finding Dad is a 90-minute feature film conceived, written and directed by Sudhir Mehta.
