ONGC staff take out torch rally

KARAIKAL: Employees of Cauvery Asset of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) here took out torch rally on Sunday as part of the golden jubilee celebrations of its oil discovery at Cambay in Gujarat on September 5, 1958.

The rally started from Cambay on September 5 and culminating at Dehradun on October 2 covering all ONGC installations was received by R.S. Rahate, General Manager, Cauvery Asset, ONGC, Karaikal, at its Neravy office complex here.

The ONGC organised a rally in Karaikal in which ONGC employees, schoolchildren and sportspersons participated.
