Kapil Sibal to deliver lecture

NEW DELHI: Union Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal will deliver a lecture on “Arctic Region, Challenges and Opportunities: Indian Prospective” on September 19. It is being organised by the Indian Science Congress Association, Delhi, at India Habitat Centre. “India had recently set up a base called ‘Himadri,’ which is equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities to carry out scientific research in contemporary fields of arctic science with special emphasis on climate change,” said ISCA chairman V. M. Trehan.
