Semifinalists spotted

VIJAYAWADA: Guntur DFA defeated Tirupati’s Dynamos FC 3-1 in the tie-breaker to enter the semifinals of the State invitation tournament held at Tirupati, according to information received here on Friday.

Both teams scored a goal each at the end of the regulation time.

Other results (semifinals): Vijayawada FC 2 bt Srikakulam DFA 0; SCR (Vij. divn.) 6 bt Visakhapatnam DSA 5 (via tie-breaker); SAI Sports Hostel, Kurnool 2 bt Khammam DSA 1.
