Bowlers call the shots

VISAKHAPATNAM: East Godavari leg-spinner M. Raviteja (seven for eight) and Vizianagaram medium-pacer G. Shiva Kumar (six for seven) hogged the limelight in the round-robin match of the ACA North Zone under-14 inter-district tournament at Kakinada on Friday.

The scores: East Godavari 34 in 13.2 overs (G. Shiva Kumar six for seven, P. Tapasvi four for 15) and 17 for no loss vs. Vizianagaram 35 in 32.2 overs (M. Raviteja seven for eight).

Srikakulam 86 in 63 overs (Leela Prasad Yadav three for nine, K.V. Sasikanth three for 15) vs. Visakahpatnam two for one.
