Tendulkar at the NCA
Bangalore: Sachin Tendulkar is at the National Cricket Academy and is expected to be here till the weekend. Tendulkar reported to the academy on Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning, he largely spent his time at the indoor nets and also at the gym.
It remains to be seen whether Tendulkar’s recovery from the elbow injury would also be tested by the physical conditioning duo of Paul Close and Paul Chapman though NCA officials termed the maestro’s stint here as routine.
Meanwhile, seamers Munaf Patel and S. Sreesanth are also training at the academy. — Principal Correspondent
