London: The India under-16 side bounced back from its 2-1 defeat to Everton to hold Manchester United 3-3 here on Tuesday night. Malswamfela opened the scoring for India in the fifth minute. The host pumped in two goals before Malswamfela added his second of the night in the 53rd. The Indian juniors were not overawed by the situation despite facing one of the best youth sides in the world. Manchester United went ahead a second time after converting a penalty but India was not to be outdone. Narayana Menon’s wards braved heavy underfoot conditions due to overnight rain and managed to draw parity following some sustained pressure.
