Chimerique excels

BANGALORE: Chimerique and Kiara excelled when the horses were exercised here on Monday morning (Sept. 8).

Inner sand:

800m: Royal Player (Praveen) 54, 600/41.5. Moved on the bit. Pied Piper (rb) 56, 600/41.5. Easy. Swift Fire (Appu) 50.5, 600/39. Moved impressively. Fly Free (rb) 52.5, 600/40. Worked well. Stylish Bay (Koch) 52, 600/38.5. Strode out well.

1,200m: Jersey Rock (Appu) 1-23, 800/51.5, 600/39.5. In fine trim. Chilli Chocolate (rb) 1-24.5, (1,200-600) 41. Eased up. Little Splendour (B. Paswan), Neel Gagan (Appu) 1-24, 800/51, 600/39. They moved attractively.

1,400m: Chimerique (rb) 1-31, 800/51.5, 600/39. In fine fettle. Kiara (rb) 1-29.5, 800/51, 600/39. A fine display.

1,600m: Royal Filly (B. Paswan), Senna (Appu) 1-58, 800/55, 600/41.5. They moved freely. Dakini (Zia) 1-54.5, (1,600-600) 1-4. Eased up.

Inner sand – Sept 7:

800m: Palazzio’s Sun (P. Woods) 52.5, 600/40. Moved well. Blue Boy (B. Paswan), Smart N Special (rb) 55, 600/41. Former finished four lengths ahead.

1,200m: Attaturk (S. John) 1-22, 800/52.5, 600/40. In fine trim.

1,400m: Commandperformance (rb) 1-37.5, (1,400-600) 50.5. Shaped well. Kiara (rb) 1-37, (1,400-600) 53. Moved on the bit. Noble Prince (P. Woods) 1-34.5, (1,400-600) 53. Moved freely.
