City scores win

TIRUNELVELI: City defeated Combined Districts by virtue of its first innings lead in the three-day City-Combined Districts (under-19) cricket match for the R.T. Parthasarathy Trophy here on Sunday.

The scores: City 320 drew with Combined Districts 227 for nine in 121 overs (Thabarak Baik 64, Vigneshpathy 36, Venkat Vasan 31, Joel Jose four for 63). (City won on first innings lead).
