COLOMBO: Sri Lanka has offered all facilities, including land, to the Tatas to help relocate its Singur car project in the wake of the controversy relating to land acquisition in West Bengal. A spokesperson for the Sri Lanka’s Board of Investment said here on Sunday that Sri Lanka was interested in establishing an automobile manufacturing plant at Mirigama. “We are ready to extend all facilities to the Tatas to enable it to relocate the Nano car project. Minister of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion, Sarath Amunugama, would send a formal letter to the Tatas making an offer,” the spokesperson said.
