Ganga Sridhar, Aushik shine

CHENNAI: City player Ganga Sridhar Raju’s 51 and Combined Districts’ left-arm spinner Aushik Srinivas’ four for 43 effort were the highlights of the first day’s play in the first match of the TNCA under-16 R.K. Venkatachalam Trophy match at the Jaya Engineering College ground on Sunday.

The scores: City 206 for seven in 90 overs (Ganga Sridhar Raju 51, Bharat Shankar 43, Abhishek Mehra 28, Aushik Srinivas four for 43) vs Combined Districts.
