State urged to retain work inspectors

HYDERABAD: CPI State Council secretary K. Narayana has appealed to Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy to continue the old work inspectors working in the AP Housing Board to oversee construction of Indiramma houses. In a letter to Dr. Reddy, the CPI leader wanted the government to implement the High Court ruling to continue the work inspectors. He opposed the government’s decision to appoint new persons. –Special Correspondent
