Cash stolen from club

BANGALORE: A sum of Rs. 90,000 was stolen from “Club Cabana” at Sadahalli village, near Bengaluru International Airport, early on Saturday.

According to the club authorities, an unidentified person entered the office room of the club and fled with the cash, which was kept in a locker.

Senior accounts manager of Club Cabana, Raveendra, in a complaint to the police stated that the locker key was kept on a nearby table.

The club is popular in company circles for theme parties and get-togethers.
