Forum for teachers launched

HYDERABAD: A unique initiative FIT (Forum for Innovative Teachers) was announced by Butterfly Fields, an initiative of IIT-IIM graduates to make learning easy and enjoyable. Launched on the occasion of Teachers Day at a gathering of prominent academicians including teachers, principals from leading CBSE schools, the programme had a panel discussion with members from diverse backgrounds. The forum will act as a brainstorming house for ideas and information relating to student learning.

It also aims at promoting hands-on teaching and to develop and disseminated educational techniques in schools to enhance the student learning.

According to a press release, FIT will be popularised through Forum for Teachers on www.butterflyfields.com/forum/login.php.

K. Sharat Chandra, Founder, Butterfly Fields said, “To revolutionise the education system, teachers must first dare to go beyond conventional methods of teaching and try innovative methods of reaching out to students.”
