Combined Districts posts win

Chennai: Combined Districts XI defeated City XI by 51 runs, in the second women’s cricket match between City and Combined Districts (under-19). Vandhana Shree picked three wickets for Combined Districts.

The scores: Combined Districts XI 191 for six in 50 overs (S. Bhairavi 34, R. Charulatha 31) bt City XI 140 in 31.2 overs (M.D. Thirushkamini 48, Vandhana Shree three for 22).
