Four share lead

KOLKATA: Top seeded Satyajit Kundu and the national under-11 champion Girish Kaushik shared the lead along with two others after the fifth round of the 20th The Telegraph Schools’ chess being held at Alekhine Chess Club.

With two rounds played on Friday, some of the fancied names including Prince Bajaj and Diptayan Ghosh faced reverses.

Among the leaders was Pallabi Roy, the highest-rated girl player of the tournament.
