Moser Baer to raise Rs. 411 crore

NEW DELHI: Moser Baer India on Thursday said its wholly-owned photovoltaic subsidiary had entered into definitive agreements with a consortium of global investors to raise Rs. 411 crore to fund its expansion plans, B. Mathur, Group CFO, Moser Baer India said.
