VS, Chandy to accompany delegation to Delhi

Firm stance: Lawyers holding a dharna in front of the district court complex in the city on Tuesday.

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan and Opposition leader Oommen Chandy will accompany a delegation of High Court Bench Stir Action Council members to New Delhi on September 6 to submit memorandums to the President and Prime Minister of India. The delegation will also meet other Union Ministers , action council chairman C.K. Sitaram informed in a press release here.

On Tuesday, the agitating lawyers boycotted court proceedings to mark the 201st day of High Court Bench stir.
