Four arrested

Srinagar: Four persons were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly desecrating the Koran in a village in Kupwara district during protests in the Valley last month. “Handwara police have succeeded in nabbing culprits involved in the desecration of the Koran at Wadipora Handwara on August 25,” a police spokesperson said here.
