VISAKHAPATNAM: Twenty one students belonging to Students’ Federation of India were arrested by the police while trying to barge into the Collectorate to submit a representation on reimbursement of fees to SC, ST, BC and economically poor people on Monday. The students made an attempt to go into the Collectorate to submit a representation to District Collector Sanjay Kumar after their plea for him or some other senior official to come to them to listen to their demands. The police closed the gate before their bid to go inside. The students earlier squatted in front of the main gate for an hour.
