North takes first innings lead

PERINTHALMANNA: North took a first innings lead of 29 runs against South in the State under-22 inter-zone cricket championship here on Monday.

At stumps on day two, South was 91 was for six in its second innings, going into the final day.

The scores: South 161 in 43 overs and 91 for six in 46 overs v North 190 in 69.4 overs (Rizwan 48, Sanuth four for 57).
