Chief Minister’s condition stable

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The health condition of Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan who was admitted to a private hospital here on Saturday following uneasiness was stated to be ‘stable.’ The Chief Minister, who attended a Left Democratic Front meeting on Saturday, was hospitalised in the evening following variation in blood pressure. Doctors treating Mr. Achuthanandan had advised him rest. All engagements of the Chief Minister till September 2 have been cancelled. — Staff Reporter
