NEW DELHI: Diminutive and determined Puja of MCD Mandoli School ran brilliantly in the girls section to win the title in the Rajiv Gandhio memorial run organised by the National Sports Club of India here on Sunday. Rajani and Sonia finished second and third respectively in an event that attracted close to 15,000 school children. In the junior boys section, Alim of MCD School, Pant Nagar, was the winner with Akash Kumar and Gagandeep finishing second and third respectively. The first five winners in each group were given Rs. 1,000 each. Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit flagged off the race while NSCI president Subhash Chopra gave away the prizes.
