IOB opens branch at Kodungalloor

KOCHI: Indian Overseas Bank opened its branch in Kodungalloor on Saturday. It is the 135th branch of the bank in Kerala. The new branch was inaugurated by S.A. Bhat, Chairman and Managing Director of the bank. The bank has crossed total business of Rs.1,45,000 crore. The total deposits of the bank stood at Rs.84,326 crore and advances at Rs.61,058 crore, according to a press release. – Special correspondent
