Dengue helpline set up

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: Realising the panic among the public and the need for reliable and easy access to information, the Heart Care Foundation of India has set up a dengue helpline (9958771177). “Private hospitals are getting eight to nine cases of suspected dengue patients most of whom don’t need hospital care but panic. We want to reassure that every fever is not dengue and every dengue case is not fatal, ” said Heart Care Foundation president Dr. K. K. Aggarwal.
