GAIL agrees to ensure gas to Gauthami

HYDERABAD: The Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) has agreed to supply gas to Gauthami (464 MW) and GVK Extension (220 MW) from the first week of September for trial runs. The two projects are lying idle since long for want of gas.

The assurance from the GAIL was extracted by APTransco officials after prolonged discussions at Vidyutsoudha here on Thursday. — Special Correspondent
