MYSORE: The Karnataka State Nisargika Krishi Andolana Vedike here has mourned the death of Masanobu Fukuoka, considered to be the father of natural farming.

Masanobu Fukuoka, author of the book “One Staw Revolution,” passed away at his village Iyo in Japan on Saturday.

The vedike recalled the contributions made by Fukuoka. His book was a source of inspiration for thousands of farmers.
