Biryani buffs spoilt for choice at food festival in Puducherry

PUDUCHERRY: If you are a fan of biryani and looking for some variety to satiate your taste buds then head to Nala restaurant of Hotel Mass. It’s raining mouth-watering biryanis there.

The Biryani Food Zone at Nala has a dozen varieties of it for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Among the fresh non-vegetarian biryanis to be served are Mass Special Arab Chicken biryani, Mahi Anarkali biryani, Vankozhi biryani, Kaadai biryani and Hyderabadi Dum biryani. The vegetable biryani menu includes Shajahani, Kale moti biryani and Zannat-e-Kashmiri. All these are served with dahi chutney, raitha and a special curry. It offers a special discount of 25 per cent if a woman memberis present. It will be on till August 24.
