Chandigarh: Women and children aged up to 15 years will be allowed to travel for free on Haryana Roadways buses on Raksha Bandhan on August 16. In a statement issued here on Thursday, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said free travel would be available to women in buses of Haryana Roadways operating within the state, including buses plying up to Chandigarh and Delhi. However the same relaxation would not be applicable to Haryana Gaurav, Deluxe and AC Volvo buses.- PTI
