Aid for constructing toilets

CHENNAI: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) as part of its community development activities will provide financial assistance for construction of 500 toilets under the total sanitation scheme in and around Manali. At a function organised at the Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruvallavoyal, near Manali, recently, CPCL Managing Director K.K.Acharya handed over a cheque of Rs.4.5 lakh to Janaki Raman, Block Development Officer, Minjur in the presence of P.Balaraman, Ponneri MLA for construction of 150 toilets in Vayalur panchayat.
