Kiran, Shreya triumph

KOZHIKODE: Kiran George and Shreya Bose emerged as the under-10 singles champions, in the boys’ and girls’ sections respectively, in the Savitri Devi Saboo Memorial State junior ranking badminton tournament here on Saturday.

The results: Under-10: Boys (final): Kiran George bt Ivan John 21-13, 21-11. Semifinal: Ivan John bt Amruth Bhaskar 21-8, 21-10. Doubles (final): Kiran Geoge & Ivan John bt Amruth Bhaskar & K. Anirudh 21-11, 21-6.

Girls: Shreya Bose bt Adithya Binoy 21-8, 21-7.
