Fresh firing across LoC

Srinagar: The Indian Army positions in Nowgam sector of Jammu and Kashmir came under fire on Wednesday from the Pakistan side.

“Since it was a short duration firing, the Army troops at the post could not ascertain if it came from the Pakistani Army or militants,” Army spokesperson in Srinagar Lt. Col A.K. Mathur said. — PTI
