Patriotic fervour on the eve of I- Day

BANGALORE: Save Our Souls (SOS), a new album by Avighna Productions, was released here on Monday.

Releasing the compact disc (CD) in Hindi and Kannada, founder-director of Avighna Productions Karthik V., a student of hotel management with MBA background, said this third album has a 6-minute version of “Vande Matharam.”

“It highlights patriotism, unity and peace. We have used 50-artistes and took six months to produce this,” he said

Mr. Karthik said that the album takes one into a journey of India from the present day to the days of Independence and talks about freedom fighters and peace, unity and harmony.

The album is produced by Karthik and directed by Sudhish Mangalamkat, Jamesh Architect has scored the music, and provided the lyrics. Cinematography is by Prasad and Mani.

Other versions

The CD will be is released in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam shortly and the production house plans to bring out its fourth album “Valentine Bash” on Valentine Day next year.
