EPFO offer

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) will offer incentive to the private sector managements who employ physically challenged persons.

Regional PF Commissioner K. Ganesh Babu said in a release on Wednesday that the scheme was formulated by the Central Government to promote employment of persons with disabilities in the private sector. He said the relevant order had been issued for giving incentive in the form of reimbursement of the employer’s contribution paid by the employers under Section 6 of EPF and MP Act of 1952 in respect of employees with disabilities.
