Dalmiya panel back in power

KOLKATA: After being out of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) for 17 months, Jagmohan Dalmiya and his panel returned to power with a thumping victory in the elections held at the 77th AGM at the Eden Gardens, here on Tuesday.

The former ICC, ACC and BCCI president Dalmiya drubbed the incumbent president Prasun Mukherjee by a huge margin of 71-47. — Special Correspondent
