Five engines seized, three held

PUDUKOTTAI: Three youths, including a Sri Lankan, who attempted to smuggle five engines to Sri Lanka, were arrested on Tuesday.

V. Kumaragurubaran (28) of Chennai, A. Rakesh (37) of Ramanathapuram and M. Mahadevan (28) of Sri Lanka tried to smuggle the engines, purchased in Chennai, from Kattumavadi, a coastal village. — Staff Reporter
