SBI programme for staff members

CHENNAI: The State Bank of India on Monday launched ‘Parivarthan II’, a mass communication programme aimed at equipping its staff to meet the growing competition and focus on improving the customer service.

SBI’s chief general manager (Chennai Circle) J.Chandrasekaran inaugurated the programme at State Bank Learning Centre, Nungambakkam.

About 44,000 subordinate staff members, including 3,600 in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, would be trained in the programme, said a press release.
