Draft photo electoral rolls for verification at Villupuram

VILLUPURAM: Collector R. Palanisamy released the draft photo electoral rolls for Villupuram district on Monday. These rolls will be kept for verification at the Collectorate, all taluk offices and revenue divisional offices, besides 2,493 polling stations.

The rolls can be verified on all working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the next 15 days.

Any addition, deletion or corrections can be carried out by submitting prescribed forms to the officials at the centres.

The district has a total electorate of 18,51,592 and the constituency-wise electorate is as follows: Ginjee – 1,77,858, Mailam – 1,54,421, Tindivanam – 1,55,264, Vanur – 1,71,334, Villupuram – 1,66,469, Vikkiravandi – 1,54,702, Thirukkoilur – 1,60,527, Ulundurpet – 1,85,497, Rishivandhiyam – 1,67,103, Sankarapuram – 1,71,373 and Kallakurichi – 1,87,044.
