“Rs.60 cr. for coastal community development programme”

CHENNAI: The Union Minister for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, T.R. Baalu, has said as part of the Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project (SSCP), the Shipping Corporation Limited (SCL) has earmarked Rs.60 crore for the coastal community development programme, providing livelihood opportunities to coastal community.
