VISAKHAPATNAM: Get ready for a trip back to the swirling hippie culture of the 70s at the beachside promenade of The Park Hotel this Saturday. Aptly named ‘Dum Maro Dum’ (after the signature track of the 70s hit), the event will introduce Mumbai hustler DJ LiL’ B to the city of Vizag who will recreate the magic of the psychedelic 70s. HighlightsThe highlights of the event will be a flashing disco floor, jumbo cocktails served in “traditional chic” earthenware pots, clouds of fragrant incense and a DJ diva right out of Bollywood. To add to the fun, the hotel is getting in a couple of fire-eaters and an open air shower cubicle set amidst coconut trees for those who want to cool down after a night long grind. The beach bar promises a lot of variety. New additions in the city’s partying circuit include the Jager bombs (Jagermeister shots with Red Bull), Jack Daniels Bourbon, Midori, Grand Marnier and some classy Single Malts. There will also be a collection of Californian, Australian, Italian and French wines to choose from.
