Kochi: CBI Special Court Judge Chandrasekhara Pillai on Friday sentenced Ambrose, a former Customs and Central Excise Inspector, to one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.75,000 for amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income. The CBI charge against him was that he had amassed wealth during the period from 1983 to1995.
