Age limit for nursing courses increased

CHENNAI: The government has increased the maximum age limit for applying for B.Sc. (Nursing) and Nursing Diploma courses to 30 years.

The minimum age remains at 17 years, according to a press release. The decision to increase the age limit was based on representations received from students and parents.

The new age limit will come into force in the current academic year 2008-09. — Special Correspondent
