Secunderabad triumphs

VIJAYAWADA: Secunderabad defeated Headquarters 37-12 in the final of the South Central Railway inter-divisional kabaddi tournament for men.

Vijayawada finished third defeating Guntakal 16-6.

Other results: Semifinals: Headquarters 24 bt Vijayawada 17, Secunderabad 32 bt Guntakal 32-7.

Washed out

Both ACA u-19 inter-zonal and Krishna District Cricket Association’s u-14 selection matches were washed out on due to the incessant rain fall here on Thursday.
