Firstsource gets COPC award

CHENNAI: The Chennai delivery centre of Firstsource Solutions Ltd, a BOP company, has been awarded the “COPC 4.1 Standard”.

This is the second delivery centre of Firstsource to be certified by COPC and the company partnered with QAI for this implementation.
